タンパク質を多く取ってから、エクササイズをすると、体脂肪を効率的に落とすことができると言います。
キムチソースをかけた鶏ささ身ステーキを作っていました。
・鶏ささ身を包丁の背で軽く叩き、
鶏ささみに、白ワインとオリーブオイルをかけ、
